Involvement of children and teenagers in inventive activities has already become traditional in Ukraine. However, leading experts still have not provided recommendations on the participation of adults in helping high school students with inventive activities and forming their motivation to create pioneering inventions. The analysis of relevant publications shows that the authors did not provide advice on the participation of parents in the preparation of high school students inventive activity aimed at creating pioneering inventions. Just as they did not provide recommendations on the participation of adults in helping high school students with inventive activities aimed at creating pioneering inventions and forming their motivation to create pioneering inventions. Therefore, a study of the biographies of the successful was conducted domestic and foreign inventors in order to identify the experience of the participation of teachers and parents in the organization, support and provision of inventive creativity of high school students, its orientation and motivation to create pioneering inventions and to support the effectiveness of their creative work. It was established that the parents of Leonardo da Vinci, parents of the Paton family, parents of prominent aviation and space designers, etc. were proud of their children's hobbies, created conditions for them to be creative work and in every possible way encouraged them for future achievements. The biographies of these giants of invention, as well as the biographies of other outstanding Ukrainian and foreign inventors, should become an example for modern young inventors and be included in the educational section “Life Path of a Creative Personality” of the future educational program for them. And their parents should learn from the parents of Korolev and other outstanding inventors and help the creative development of their children. Teachers should do the same, identifying such children in time and providing them with quality education aimed at realizing their creative potential. In particular, it is necessary to develop and implement specialized educational and methodological kits for training young inventors. The joint training of adults and young inventors – parents and children in the basics of the Euronica inventive technology, in particular with the joint implementation of heuristic parts of innovative projects, will be useful. At the same time, they are provided by parents, relatives, and teachers examples of successful creation and implementation of pioneering inventions can create in children and adolescents the desire to become successful inventors themselves, to create and implement pioneering inventions, to instill in them appropriate attitudes, aspirations and motivations.
