Відкритість досвіду як компонент креативного потенціалу

Анотація

У статті досліджено поняття «відкритість досвіду» як особистісної риси та складової креативного потенціалу. Встановлено, що відкритість досвіду відображає тенденцію до активного перцептивного та когнітивного
дослідження світу, містить когнітивний, емоційний і мотиваційний компоненти. Автор розглянув механізми впливу
рівня відкритості на креативний потенціал особистості. Здійснено огляд потенційних способів розвитку відкритості досвіду. У статті окреслено умови розробки педагогічних програм, спрямованих на її розвиток. Означено перспективи подальших досліджень.
