ARCHIVING AND LONG-TERM PRESERVATION
The Editorial Board of the "Education and Development of Gifted Personality" journal recognizes its responsibility for preserving scholarly heritage and ensures permanent, uninterrupted access to published research.
The OJS technical platform provides metadata indexing via the OAI-PMH protocol, making publications accessible to global scientific databases. Each scientific article is assigned a digital object identifier (DOI) through the Crossref agency, ensuring a persistent link to the material even if the website's URL changes. All articles are posted indefinitely immediately upon the release of an issue. Full-text access to the journal's scientific articles is presented in the Archive section. Since 2013, mandatory copies have been submitted to the V. I. Vernadsky National Library of Ukraine. The full-text archive of all journal issues since 2014 is available on our previous website at the link: otr.iod.gov.ua (all articles will also be gradually migrated to this site).
The journal adheres to an Open Access policy, supporting the principles of free distribution of scientific information and the global exchange of knowledge. All materials are licensed under the terms of the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0), which allows for the distribution of the manuscript with acknowledgement of the work's authorship and its initial publication in this journal. More detailed information is provided in the Open Access Policy section. In the event that the journal ceases publication, the Editorial Board guarantees that archival issues will remain accessible through national library funds and digital repositories.
Decisions regarding the archiving and accessibility of materials do not depend on the payment of article processing charges (to cover costs related to editorial and technical preparation of the issue, copyediting, layout, and support of the journal's digital infrastructure). The fact of payment does not affect long-term storage or the status of the publication in open access.
Accessibility Guarantees and Self-Archiving Policy
The publication adheres to the Open Access policy. We support the rights of authors to disseminate their own research results.
Authors are permitted to post the published copies of their articles (Publisher’s Version of Record) on their personal websites, ResearchGate, Academia.edu profiles, and within their institutional repositories.
Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM)
Authors are also permitted to store and distribute the final version of the manuscript accepted for publication (Author’s Accepted Manuscript – AAM) in institutional repositories, on personal websites, or professional networks such as ResearchGate and Academia.edu.
The Author’s Accepted Manuscript (AAM) must include a link to the official source of publication (the article's DOI after its release). Furthermore, the following statement must be clearly displayed on the first page of the manuscript:
"This document is a preprint of an article submitted to the journal 'Education and Development of Gifted Personality'."
