The publication continues to discuss the results of the author’s scientific research: Formation of psychological readiness for innovative activity (V. Chudakova, 2008–2016); Psychology of the formation of competence of a competitive individual in the conditions of innovative activity (V. Chudakova, 2016–2023). The result of which is the development and implementation of Technologies No. 1 and No. 2. Implementation experience presented and program content «Technologies and integrative tools “formation of psychological competence of individual competitiveness in the conditions of innovative activity”, within the framework of the international internship and international summer school by V. Chudakova, for scientific and pedagogical personnel and doctoral, on the basis of a university in Uzbekistan (from 12.03 to 12.08.2023). The theoretical and methodological basis of the named program is the implementation of the author’s diagnostic and correctional-developmental models: “Technologies No. 1. Psychological and organizational technology for the formation of psychological readiness of personnel of educational organizations for innovative activities” and “Technologies No. 2. Psychological and organizational technology of the formation of psychological competence of a competitive personality in the conditions of innovative activity of organizations”. The content of the software for the educational modules of the international internship course and the international summer school V. Chudakova, which contains 5 levels, is disclosed. The geography and route of their implementation in 12 universities of the Republic of Uzbekistan is presented: Tashkent → Shakhrisabz →Karshi → Nukus → Chirchik → Tashkent → Bukhara→ Urgench → Tashkent.
