Abstract

The article highlights the work experience of pedagogical teams of general secondary education institutions regarding the organization of the educational process in the conditions of martial law in a shelter during an air raid. The year of work of the school administration, primary school teachers, psychologists, tutors of the secondary comprehensive school of grades I–III No. 128 and Private establishment of universal middle education is “GYMNASIUM «OPTIMIST»” Hatne, Kyiv Oblast is presented. It has been proven that it is possible to organize an effective educational process during an air raid under the conditions of additional theoretical, methodological and practical training of all members of the pedagogical and administrative staff. school team; determination of fundamental advantages; formation of teamwork skills; development of an algorithm of organizational and pedagogical measures regarding the implementation of the educational process in sheltering and overcoming stressful situations, such as: instructions; planning; provision of technical means and use of IT technologies; time management; detection and consideration when diagnosing changes, which occur in younger schoolchildren as a result of psycho-emotional injuries and providing them with psychological and pedagogical help and support; use of adequate and adapted known forms, methods and technologies; development of own methods and techniques taking into account the experience of the tutor and recommendations of the practical psychologist of school No. 128; taking into account the possible negative consequences of stressful situations in elementary school students; creation of centers of psychological support, systematic diagnosis of problems in order to improve the psycho-emotional state of children during the war during the educational process, in particular in the shelter during the air raid; provision of timely and necessary qualified psychological and pedagogical support in the organization of educational activities; helping students overcome stress; stabilization of the psycho-emotional sphere; using the experience of tutors – makes it possible to conduct full-fledged lessons, other forms of the educational process in the shelter during an air raid.
