Curriculum for Extracurricular Education of the “Upcycling” Scientific and Technical Direction

Abstract

The problem of recycling of various wastes can be
considered as one of the most urgent and serious environmental problems in the world today. In Ukraine, solid
waste storage sites occupy large territories and accumulate annually. The main prerequisite for writing the Upcycling program was to find ways to solve the problem of
the environmental crisis associated with atmospheric pollution, accumulation and processing of solid household
waste. Environmental protection, rational use of natural
resources, ensuring environmental safety of human life is
an essential condition for the economic and social development of Ukraine.
Since the waste recycling industry is almost non-existent, one of the main tasks of protecting the environment
is to find the process of recycling household waste that
can be solved by reusing it.
The purpose of this work is to study and search for
ways to reuse and process solid household waste, reduce
its impact on the environment, and preserve the natural
environment.
The creation of the initial programs from the model
of “Upcycling” is tied to the need to teach children the
understanding of the problem of saving the midst of solid
side-by-side visits. Similarly, the mainstream of the program has been enlarged by the need for a joke to renew
the harmonious relationship of suspension with nature.
The relevance of the initial programs has been raised
by the need for a robotic group of abandoned and nonstandard materials, co-existence of speeches and vicarious objects, to give another life. It doesn’t require additional material costs, and it gives the opportunity to take
children around the clock. By means of the “Upcycling”
new programs we formulate the competencies of the specialty by means of modelling, we create specific ecological motivation, ecological culture of children through the
study of the current problems of ecology and development
of urgent problems of ecology.
