The publication presents a general design and a program
for organizing a comprehensive empirical research for
experimental verification and implementation of the author's
“Psychological and organizational technology for the
formation of competencies of an individual's competitiveness
in the context of innovative activities of organizations”
(V. Chudakova) and models for its implementation. “1) The
diagnostic model of the examination of the formation of
the competencies of the competitiveness of an individual
in the conditions of innovative activity of organizations”,
which corresponds to the diagnostic stage of the study.
The experimental verification of this model was carried
out at the ascertaining stage, which was implemented in
three sub-stages: search-theoretical, actually ascertaining,
generalizing-control stages. “2) Correctional and
developmental model of reflexive and innovative training,
coaching “Modern psychological technologies for the
formation of competencies of a competitive person in the
rapidly changing conditions of innovative activities of
organizations”. It corresponds to the correctional and
developmental stage and the generalizing stage of the study.
Experimental verification of this model was carried out
at the formative and generalizing stages of the study and
their substages: preparatory substage, correction molding
substage, final (control) substage; generalizing stage of the
study. The correlation of the tasks of the above stages and the
methods of empirical research is highlighted and presented.
The essence of the concept “design” is revealed. (Part 3).
