The publication presents the author's “Psychological and organizational technologies for the formation
of competencies of the competitiveness of an individual
in the context of innovative activities of organizations”
(V. Chudakova) and diagnostic and correctional models
of its implementation. The key “competence of innovativeness” is considered. The relevance of its research,
the terminological and conceptual apparatus of “innovativeness”, the features of its research are revealed;
the theoretical and methodological basis of the method
“Express diagnostics of innovativeness” (V. Chudakova, 2016) is revealed according to the results of its use.
“The level of innovativeness” (positive, zero and negative) and “the trend of innovativeness” (emotional and
practical; theoretical and intellectual) of the personnel
of educational organizations are outlined. It is noted
that the proposed term “innovativeness” has become an
effective tool for self-examination and adjustment of innovation processes.
The general design, the content of the components
of the “model of the psychological structure of the process of innovative activity” in the study of psychological readiness for innovative activity, the foundations of
the formation of competence “innovativeness” are presented. It is noted that one of the productive models for
studying the psychological aspects of innovative activity
is a model of the psychological structure of human activity, which we represent in the form of a sequence of
its components: goal → motive → method → result →
control → correction, and we consider it as an iterative cycle of gradual achievement of a satisfactory result
of activity. Innovation activity is a cyclical process deployed in time
