Implementation of the System of Educational and Methodical Providing to School Children’s Investigational and Scientific Activity

The article reviews the peculiarities of implementation
of the system of educational and methodical support to
school children’s research and scientific activity, which
is based on the use of electronic educational resources in
educational process.
The innovational methods of development of the
schoolchildren’s scientific and investigational thinking
are characterized, the opportunities given by electronic
educational resources are described, their classification
is given.
The article reviews the peculiarities of implementation
of the system of educational and methodical support to
school children’s investigational and scientific activity,
which is based on the use of electronica educational
resources in educational process.
The modern electronic educational resources must have
a very reliable material background, fit to the educational
program’s content, focus on modern forms of education,
provide opportunity of education’s individualization,
provide high interactivity and education multimedia,
have convenient interface.
The author shows the characteristics of electronic
educational resources as an effective instrument that
integrates ways of teaching that were developed and
realized based on computer technologies and analyzes how
to provide the possibilities of optimal ways of knowledge
transferring, competence formation considering age and
psychological peculiarities of gifted children.
Analyzing peculiarities of thinking of children who are
busy with scientific and investigational work, the author
emphasizes the regularity of mental performance on
stages and ways of receiving and transferring information.
In connection with this the article reviews the most
innovational methods of development the schoolchildren’s
scientific and investigational way of thinking as “Projectbased learning” is a method of achieving cognitive and
educational aim by means of detailed problem development,
where the final goal is practical result that corresponded
to stated sample. “Brainstorming” is an operative method
of problem solving, which is based on creative activity
stimulation, the group members are proposed to generate
as more ideas of problem solving as they can, considering
the most fantastic ones. “Analysis of particular situations”
method develops capacity to analyze life situations and
educational goals, analytical skills, and skills of the right
information usage.
The main parameters are highlighted, based on which
the criteria for the classification of electronic educational
resources from the point of view of the organization of the
educational process are selected.
