Abstract

The article introduces the interactive psychological game “Invest in Yourself – Do What Makes You Happy”. This is not just a game but a true journey where children can demonstrate their erudition, creativity, and sense of humor, while gaining resources and inspiration for successful professional activity, personal growth, and well-being.

The game provides a wonderful opportunity to immerse oneself in the atmosphere of friendly competition and to recall that learning and discovering new things is always fun. After all, who, if not we – teachers – know that the path to knowledge is not only hard work but also enjoyment! This format of implementation helps to find ways for positive “recharging” and creating daily “time for oneself”.

Mental health is one of the greatest human values, not only from an individual but also from a social perspective. Important components of mental health include the awareness of the need to maintain and strengthen personal psychological resources; obtaining essential knowledge for the prevention of emotional and personality disorders; and planning one’s life in accordance with the principles of preserving and enriching mental resources, self-realization, and self-improvement.

The use of this game makes it possible to diversify the forms of prevention of professional burnout, increase emotional resilience, and provide psycho-social support for teachers both as professionals and as individuals – members of the collective and of society.
