The future researching psychologist of the Cherkasy region

Abstract

The authors of the article is a young researcher and her supervisor tell about the achievements of Daryna Syrotenko, a talented student of the 11th grade of the Hub school educational institution “Chornobai Lyceum of the Chornobai Settlement Council of the Cherkasy Region” in the Second stage of the All-Ukrainian competition-defense of scientific research works of students – members of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine. The authors present the results of a diagnostic study of the problem of procrastination conducted by Daryna. The article also highlights the various of interests of the student: team sports, volunteering, creativity and self-discovery.

The article states that adolescence is a transition from childhood to youth and is the most difficult in the formation and development of personality. Sometimes this stage of personality formation becomes very difficult both for the child himself and for his family, teachers and everyone around him. According to statistical data provided by various sources, psychological disorders are diagnosed in 12–30 % of teenagers on the planet. Adolescent problems are characteristic exclusively for this age, but if a person does not manage to properly survive the crisis, does not receive the necessary support, then they can move into the adult phase and affect their subsequent healthy life.
