Humanity faces a signifcant threat: the rapid advancement of technology has far outpaced human capabilities to effectively control it. One potential solution to address this gap lies in human development, while another involves the creation of a heuristic component within artifcial intelligence. The theory of inventive problem solving and the technology based on it, known as “Evronika”, could be employed for this purpose.
In Ukraine, the teaching of inventive problem-solving theory was incorporated into the state-public program “Invention and Rationalization – 90”. Starting in March 1988, based on the recommendation of the Kyiv City Society of Inventors and Rationalizers, the head of the Technical Creativity Laboratory at the Republican Station of Young Technicians was enlisted to participate in implementing this program. This individual later organized a creative team within the Society to execute the program.
In 1993, the team developed a concept for the foundational educational discipline “Fundamentals of Technical Creativity”, encompassing everything from kindergartens to systems for professional development and retraining. The team also created the inventive technology “Evronika” and corresponding educational and methodological materials for preschoolers, secondary school students, vocational schools, colleges, and universities, demonstrating its feasibility for student mastery.
The author’s contributions to the foundational development of the heuristic component of artifcial intelligence are also examined, along with the potential application of their innovations in preparing and conducting a Mars expedition, further space exploration, and improving life on Earth. This includes the establishment of a new heuristic-oriented education system. Proposals for collaboration are also presented.
