У публікації представлено інтегративний інструментарій науково-методичного забезпечення реалізації авторської «Психолого-організаційної технології формування психологічної готовності персоналу освітніх організацій до інноваційної
діяльності» як основи розвитку психологічних компетентностей конкурентоздатності особистості. Розкрито загальний дизайн, зміст, методи і результати впровадження моделей реалізації «Технології» з використанням діагностичних, корекційних, цифрових методів, програм SPSS та штучного інтелекту.
