REQUIREMENTS
The publication's editorial policy focuses on research within the "Human Capital Development, Social Sciences, and Journalism" cluster, specifically in the following priority areas: educational sciences, early childhood education, primary education, secondary education, vocational education, special education and psychology.
Submitted materials must adhere to high standards of academic integrity and international requirements for scientific works.
By submitting a manuscript to the editorial office, authors confirm compliance with the following criteria:

Licensing is carried out under the Creative Commons Attribution License (CC BY 4.0).

The material aligns with the principles of publication ethics according to international recommendations.

The article has not been previously published and is not under consideration for publication in another journal. The article is not a rework of previously published papers; it contains new material or a new scientific interpretation of existing data.

The content of the article corresponds to the journal's scope.

The article includes all mandatory structural elements: problem statement, analysis of recent research and publications, purpose (objective), presentation of the main material, conclusions, and prospects for further research.

The threshold level of text originality must be 80–85% (excluding standard academic clichés and the reference list).
Attention! Authors bear full responsibility for the reliability of the material, the accuracy of quotations, statistical data, and proper nouns. The use of AI is not an excuse for factual errors or plagiarism. Articles submitted in violation of these requirements will not be accepted for publication. The opinions of the authors may not necessarily reflect those of the editorial board. The editorial board reserves the right to perform scientific editing. Any instance of plagiarism detected by the editors is an unconditional ground for manuscript rejection.

Each author must provide detailed information in both Ukrainian and English. The author's name and surname must be transliterated in accordance with the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine No. 55 dated January 27, 2010, or as already registered in ORCID, WoS, or Scopus profiles.
A high-quality professional color photograph (in .jpg or .png format) is also required.
Content and Structure of the Article

The UDC index is placed before the article title. It must be as precise as possible and correspond to the content.

The text must be logically structured, with mandatory elements highlighted in bold.

The article should begin with the problem statement and its connection to practical tasks of human capital development.

This is followed by the analysis of recent research (covering publications from the last 5 years) and the identification of previously unresolved aspects of the general problem.

The purpose of the article should clearly reflect the expected result.
-
The main body describes the research material, methodology, and data obtained.
-
The article concludes with conclusions summarizing the results and outlining prospects for educational sciences or psychological practice.

All abbreviations must be expanded upon their first mention in the text.

Names of mentioned scholars should be provided with initials before the surname.
Authors are required to declare the use of AI in a dedicated section of the manuscript (indicated in a footnote on the first page), clearly stating the name of the tool and the purpose of its use. *Example: During the preparation of this manuscript, the author(s) used ChatGPT (version 4.0 by OpenAI) for the purpose of stylistic editing. After generating the result, the author(s) reviewed and edited the content and bear full responsibility for the content of the article.
Ethical Research Requirements. Manuscripts presenting results from surveys or interviews, or involving the use of animals or their biological materials, must explicitly state that informed consent was obtained from participants and provide details regarding institutional ethics committee approval. By submitting a manuscript, authors automatically certify compliance with these requirements and assume full personal responsibility for the legality and integrity of the research.
Abstract and Keywords
The main text volume should be 10–15 pages (Times New Roman, 14 pt, 1.5 line spacing). The Ukrainian abstract should be concise (up to 800 characters), while the English abstract must be expanded (at least 1800 characters).
The abstract must be informative, clear, and logically presented to attract the reader's interest. Avoid general phrases, insignificant details, or well-known facts. Do not repeat fragments of the work or the article's title within the abstract. Keywords: 5–7 words or phrases related to the research topic that do not duplicate the title and are not overly general.
Formatting of Tables, Figures, and Formulas

Tables, figures, graphs, and formulas must be numbered and placed after their first mention in the text (notes are placed directly below the object).

All objects created in Word must be grouped. Figures should also be submitted as separate high-resolution files (300 dpi).

Formulas and mathematical variables in the text must be italicized.

All physical quantities must follow the International System of Units (SI). A non-breaking space (Ctrl + Shift + Space) should be used between units and numbers.
Citation Policy and Reference List

In-text citations should appear in the order of mention in square brackets with page numbers (e.g., [1, p. 235] or [2, p. 8; 3, p. 45]). All sources in the list must be cited in the text.

Most sources should reflect the current state of research (no older than 5–10 years).
-
At least 50% of the sources must have a DOI.
-
Priority should be given to primary sources indexed in Scopus and Web of Science.

The reference list should ideally contain 15–20 sources. The self-citation level must not exceed 10%.
-
It is strictly forbidden to cite any Russian publications, resources, or authors affiliated with institutions of the Russian Federation.
The Ukrainian reference list must comply with DSTU 8302:2015 and DSTU 3582:2013.
The References section must be formatted according to the APA style (7th ed.).
