Abstract

According to modern researches, the conflict is an inevitable phenomenon that encompasses various aspects of the life of both an individual and society as a whole. It is the subject of various sciences, among which psychology occupies a leading place. And the extent to which this problem is of interest to specialists is proved by the fact that the number of scientific papers grows to several thousand every year. Psychological features of overcoming conflict in adolescence do not lose their relevance in the modern world, because knowledge of  the causes and factors of conflict situations and ways to avoid and overcome them in adolescence is necessary in the prevention, diagnosis and correction of conflict.

The correctional and developmental program is aimed at overcoming the conflict in adolescence. It consists of eight corrective and developmental classes  to prevent the occurrence of conflict situations, overcome aggression and anxiety, and correct the behavior of teenagers during a conflict. Classes are aimed at reducing psychological discomfort, increasing self esteem, and the ability to choose the most effective ways to resolve a conflict. The goal of the program is to correct the behavior of teenagers during a conflict, reduce psychological discomfort, and develop the ability to choose the most effective ways to resolve a conflict.

The program can be used by practical psychologists of institutions of general secondary education in the implementation of prevention of the occurrence of conflicts in adolescence and psychocorrection of conflict behavior of adolescents.

The program was tested by students of grades 6 7 of the Communal Institution “Olenivskyi Lyceum with Preschool Division”.
