Abstract

In today's world, the ability to work effectively in a team is the most sought after personal quality. Each of us wants to work in comfortable conditions in a friendly team. After all, team relations affect not only the emotional state of each employee, but also the overall efficiency of work. Therefore, more and more experienced managers strive to build a harmonious team. In such situations, experts advise resorting to team building.

A favorable psychological climate increases the internal motivation of employees, arouses interest in work, and encourages activity. Therefore, more and more often, experienced leaders of educational institutions seek to build a coherent team, and not just a group of people who work together. In this regard, the issues of team building become important.

Therefore, the use of team building will allow to establish relations within the team, organize the harmonious interaction of all its participants, increase productivity and work harmoniously towards a single common goal.

The purpose of the workshop is to create a positive psychological climate, establish effective communication for productive work, acquire team interaction skills, and promote team cohesion.

The workshop contains practical materials for use by psychological service specialists in working with teachers of educational institutions. The main result of the participation of pedagogical workers in the workshop will be the acquisition of effective communication skills, the normalization of the atmosphere and relations within the team, the use of the resources of each team member, the promotion of a more open discussion of problems and ways to solve them, a clear understanding of the need for coordinated actions to achieve a common result. The materials of the workshop can be used by deputy directors for educational work,  ethodologists of preschool education institutions, and teachers organizers in their professional activity
