Abstract

The publication presents the Ukrainian Uzbek experience, the results of approbation and implementation of reflexive innovative training, coaching “Modern psychotechnologies for the formation of competencies of a person’s competitiveness in the conditions of innovative activity”, as part of an international internship and academic mobility by V. Chudakova (Kyiv, Ukraine). The relevance and prospects, the content and features of the implementation of the “Psychological organizational technology for the formation of the competencies of the competitiveness of the individual in the conditions of innovative activities of organizations” (author V. Chudakova) and models of its implementation are considered: “1. Diagnostic model for the examination of the formation of competencies of the competitiveness of the individual in the conditions of innovative activities of organizations”; “2. Correction developing model of reflective innovative training, coaching”. The essence of the concept, the principles of the implementation of reflective innovative training and coaching, and the content of the implementation program are disclosed. The photo show of the Ukrainian Uzbek experience was presented as part of the international internship and academic mobility of V. Chudakova, on the basis of scientific institutions and institutions of higher education of the Republic of Uzbekistan, along the route: Tashkent →Shakhrisabz → Karshi → Nukus → Chirchik → Tashkent city → Bukhara city → Urgench city → Tashkent city. It has been established that the introduction of the author's “Technology” is an effective means of scientific and methodological support for special psychological training of expert trainers in the field of the formation of psychological competencies of a person in the conditions of innovative activity.
