Abstract

The publication discloses legislative initiatives to ensure the competence approach. Features of implementation of “Technology of formation of psychological competences of individual competitiveness in the conditions of innovative activity of organizations” (author, V. Chudakova) are presented. “Technology” consists of: 1. Diagnostic model of examination; 2. Corrective and developmental model of reflective and innovative training-coaching. The content and features of: the individual program “Modern psychological technologies for the formation of competencies of a competitive personality in the rapidly changing conditions of the innovative activity of organizations” are considered; and the general program “Training of expert trainers and scientific and methodological support for the implementation of “Technology of formation of psychological competences of individual competitiveness in the conditions of innovative activity of the organization”. It is about the scientific-legal and scientific-methodological support of the research. The method “Expertise on the priority of psychological competences for the formation of individual competitiveness” (author, V. Chudakova) was introduced: 1) the history of the creation and features of the method are presented, 2) the content of the method and the features of its use, 3) examples of the design of individual and collective protocols of the results of the implementation of the method, 4) graphical design of the results, 5) conducting a mathematical and statistical analysis of the results of the empirical research and the scale of “social desirability”.
