Abstract

Modern education clearly reflects the trends of social development, state policy and the socio-economic situation in the country. Under such conditions, the role of educational institutions changes, where the advantages of ensuring its high-quality educational level are given.

The article deals with the problem of organizing the educational process in graduate school. The authors draw attention to the development of thinking, in particular the creative thinking of education seekers. The characteristics of a creative personality, which were developed and substantiated by teachers and psychologists, are given. Emphasis is placed on the indicator of innovativeness in the characteristics of the future doctor of philosophy.

As you know, the educational process is two-way and is a teacher-acquirer system. Therefore, the article emphasizes the mandatory changes in the professional characteristics of teachers, their level of creativity in teaching, the use of the latest technologies, high-quality tools (didactic, methodical) for the organization of the educational process.

At the third level of education, students of higher education immerse themselves in studies, where they get acquainted with new educational concepts, familiarize themselves with foreign experience in the development of an innovative type of personality that can compete in the labor market. The development of a modern scientist requires new methods of organizing joint work  in the system of teacher-student of higher education. The author presents the experience of such work on the example of teaching the disciplines of free clothing of the cycle of professional training.

The authors raise the issue of developing the creative potential of future doctors of philosophy. The problem of focusing the educational process on innovations in teaching and the enthusiasm of students in  creative activities is updated. The conditions of reforming higher education require higher education institutions to find new innovative approaches to the organization of education and to reveal the potential of research activities of future PhDs. The authors draw attention to the modeling of the process of studying a particular discipline, which provides opportunities for applicants to show their creative potential, to accumulate experience in teaching and research activities.
