The article consistently and systematically outlines
the rules of non-judgmental communication, examines
two virtual approaches to the concepts of education. The
hierarchy of micro-skills in communication is revealed,
having mastered which each teacher will be able to confidently conduct online interviewing and counseling. The
teacher’s code for working online with a student is also
presented. A five-stage interview is detailed, which the
teacher can use exclusively in own style when working
with the student online.
The teacher of practice is in a condition, regardless of
his subjective desires, he is forced to focus on the transfer
of the greatest possible amount of information to students.
He actually has to work on the basis of encyclopedism
and proceed from the fact that “learning leads to development”.
As a result, this leads to the fact that the main criterion for assessing the activities of teachers and schools
is learning and not the level of development of thinking.
By forcibly switching to virtual online education, we
can try to experiment with “formal education”, especially
now with online communication.
The author looked at concepts related to the effectiveness of modern style interviewing and counseling (online). The personal challenge for teacher is to focus on
himself and own actions during interviews and counseling; to analyze information from his own point of view; to
study each thought and determine if he feels comfortable
with it, if it seems right to him, and to see if it will be
useful to him and his students. Only those concepts and
skills that fit his experience should be added to his inherent learning style
