Abstract

The publication presents the conceptual foundations
(part 2) of the author’s “Psychological and organizational
technology for the formation of the competence of an
individual’s competitiveness in the context of innovative
activities of organizations” (V. Chudakova). The features of
the implementation of alternative scientific approaches
taken as the basis of the research are presented: integrative
approach; reflective approach; technological approach.
The general design, methods, models and “technologies”
are revealed. The proposed structural and functional model
of the author’s technology. “Technology” consists of two
interrelated and complementary models that correspond
to the diagnostic stage of the study (exploratory and
ascertaining) and the correctional and developmental
(formative) stage of the study. Namely: 1) “Diagnostic
model for the examination of the competence of a person’s
competitiveness”; 2) “Correctional and developmental
model of reflexive and innovative training, coaching
«Modern psychological technologies for the formation
of competencies of a competitive person in the context of
innovative activities of organizations»” (V. Chudakova).
“Technology” contains the main blocks: informational
and semantic; diagnostic, analytical, interpretive,
predictive; correctional and developmental. For the
effective implementation of the author’s “Technology”,
integrative psychological diagnostic and correctionaldevelopmental methods, educational programs of special
psychological training and correction were used in the
study. They have a beneficial effect on adult learning.
Prospects for further study of the problem under study
are presented.
