Education of Deligence: Guarantee of the Child’s Success

The article highlights the peculiarities of the child’s
work-loveliness and its impact on personality development. The main characteristics of labor education in the
family are determined; the peculiarities of the organization work-loveliness both in the family and in the primary
education institution are analyzed. It is investigated that
during the period of work children form a positive attitude to the surrounding life. It is noted that when working
together they form a desire to help each other, improve
themselves, feel that they bring someone joy, and this is
confidence in their strength, respectively, formed a spiritual and volitional quality, which is very necessary for
better learning.
It is important to note that the family is the center of
children’s diligence. Over the centuries, folk pedagogy
has created its own rather streamlined and multifaceted systematic nature of the diligence of children in
the family.
Social changes in Ukraine have caused the emergence
of the State Standard of Education “Technology”. Along
with other educational sectors it is aimed at achieving the
goals of intellectual and physical development, internal
and aesthetic education of applicants, and the formation
of their vision as a whole. This is achieved due to peculiarities of the content of the industry, the inherent features of which are: 1) their own orientation, aimed at creating the development of creative endeavors and creative
search for a person; 2) mental accumulation of the full
algorithm of diligence of applicants; 3) construction of
specific conditions for the reproduction of personal needs
of each applicant. It is emphasized that the participation
of applicants in the types of work is a fruitful way of their
intellectual development; physiologically justified norms
of physical activity in the process of practical work improve the overall development of the organism, improve
coordination of movements and other sensorimotor qualities of individuals.
