The publication presents the general design and content
of “personality factors” of the key system components of
the “external” conditions of the structure of psychological
readiness for innovation – the basis for the formation of
“innovation”, a significant competence of the individual’s
competitiveness. The “model of the psychological structure
of human activity” is considered, which is presented in the
form of a sequence of its components: goal → motive →
method → result → control → correction. Familiarization
with the “theoretical model of key systems of psychologically conditioned factors of the process of innovation” at
the level of theoretical analysis and generalization of expert judgments, in the study of psychological readiness for
innovation, the basis for the formation of the competence
of “innovativeness”. Key systemic components include factors: personalities; organizations; training and correction.
The key system components of the “Personality Factor” are
carefully disclosed, namely: 1) self-management of personal activity processes; 2) solving problems of innovation activity; 3) functional state and ability to work; 4) personality
traits, their structures and patterns of change; 5) personal
creativity; 6) self-actualization and self-development;
7) personal values; 8) pedagogical technologies (knowledge and skills); nine). psychological technologies (knowledge and skills); 10) psychological readiness for innovative
activity
