Abstract

The publication presents the general design of “Technology of formation of psychological competences of individual competitiveness in the conditions of innovative activities of organizations” (author V. Chudakova). Peculiarities of experimental verification of models of implementation of “Technology”: diagnostic and corrective and developmental components are considered. The peculiarities of conducting an examination of the indicator of “priority psychological competences of the individual’s competitiveness” are disclosed; study of the latent (hidden) structure of the factors “priority psychological competence of individual competitiveness”, based on the results of mathematical and statistical analysis using the SPSS program. Methods of research of integral indicators of “priority psychological competences of individual competitiveness” are presented (author, V. Chudakova); methods “Express diagnosis of personality innovation” (author, V. Chudakova). The structural and content analysis of latent factors of personal determination of indicators of “priority of psychological competences, competitiveness of the individual” and “innovativeness” is presented. The software for experimental verification and implementation of the corrective and developmental component of “Technology” – reflexive and innovative training-coaching, which is implemented with the help of two educational programs (individual and general) for special psychological training - has been disclosed.
