The publication presents the general design and content the “Organization Factors” of the key system components of the “external” conditions of the structure of psychological readiness for innovative activity - the basis for formation of “innovativeness”, significant competence of the individual's competitiveness. A model of the psychological structure of activity is considered, which is presented in the form of a sequence of its components: goal → motive → method → result → control → correction. Familiarization with the theoretical model of key systems of psychologically conditioned factors of the process of innovation activity at the level of theoretical analysis and generalization of expert judgments in the study of psychological readiness for innovation activity, the basis for the formation of innovation competence was carried out. Key system components include: I. personality factor; II. organization factor; III. factor of learning and correction. The publication carefully reveals the key system components of the “Organization Factor”, namely: 1) Factor “Psychological (implementation of atmosphere of innovation innovations)”. 2) Factor of “management and support of innovations”. 3) Factor “Examination of innovative activity”. 4) Factor “Correction of innovation activity”. 5) Factor “Use of technical means”. 6) Factor “Strategies for innovation” (6.1. organizational level, 6.2. risk, 6.3. search for ideas, 6.4. efficiency, 6.5. development of professionals, 6.6. simplification, 6.7. quality, 6.8. cooperation, interdependence, selfmanagement). 7) Factor of “Effective interaction”. 8) “Situational-dynamic and specific factors”
