Specialists of the city of Kropyvnytskyi M. Sosnovska, L. Lanchukovska and O. Rudenko developed the program “Virtual Space as a Tool for Development of the Inner Potential of a Teenager” and became the winners of the regional stage of the All-Ukrainian competition of author’s designs of practical psychologists and social pedagogues “New Technologies in a New School”. The purpose of the program is a development of the adolescent’s internal potential based on the use of information and communication technologies.

The proposed master class for specialists of the social and psychological service was developed by the authors of this program with the aim of familiarizing pedagogical workers who wish to participate in the approbation of this program with its content, purpose, tasks, proposed forms of work for students and expected results, taking into account the challenges of modern society.

The implementation of the program is carried out in three stages – preparatory, main and fnal ones. The duration of the preparatory stage is about a week. The duration of the master class is 10 days. Each day, according to the Program to be tested, is devoted to a certain topic, the content of which, with the help of Internet resources, reveals to teenagers opportunities for their development – “Online Dating Day”; “Day of media literacy”; “Day of harmony and relaxation”; “Day of emotional relief and comfort”; “Day of analysis of feelings and emotions”; “Day of motivation and inspiration”; “Psychological Selfe Day”; “Day of revealing hidden talents”; “Day of rational use of the Internet”; “Day of summary and goal setting”.
