Self-Realization of Giveness by Students in the Process of Scientifc Education

The article highlights the problem of self-realization of student youth based on scientifc education. It is noted that two models of youth development and formation in Ukraine can be traced in the scientifc space. According to the frst model, the concept of youth development is fully considered from the position of absolute control and management of adults, who indicate the direction and way of self-realization of youth, determine the ambitions, values and beliefs that young people should adhere to. Another model is the opposite and envisages youth development as an open process supported by adults who create favorable conditions for the development of critical thinking, creativity, research skills and provide them with space for initiative and decision-making. This approach requires deep knowledge in various scientifc felds, in particular in the context of philosophical, psychological and pedagogical knowledge. The conditions for the training of scientists of the new generation have been defned: the use of the latest technologies and teaching aids; implementation of educational programs of specialized scientifc education, which satisfy cognitive needs of different levels through the integration of formal and informal education; ensuring the development of research competence through the direct involvement of students of basic and specialized schools in educational scientifc, design, inventive and research activities in accordance with the Standard of specialized education in scientifc direction; orientation to the national idea, preservation of the diversity of cultural traditions of previous historical stages; search and professional training of new effective STEAM-teachers; establishment of cooperation with various specialists regarding the diversifcation of the map of the promotion of gifted student youth. It was concluded that scientifc education can become one of the factors of social changes – to be the founder in the development of new aspirations and strategies on the path of civilizational progress of society.
