Innovation and Technologization of the Process of Managing the Development of Digital Competence of Heads of General Secondary Education Institutions

Abstract

The article highlights the main features of innovation
and technologicalization of the process of managing the
development of digital competence of heads of general
secondary education.
Analyzed: features of information technology
civilization in the context of the world educational
process; national and world directions of development
of the system of training and retraining of personnel;
processes of modernization of the Ukrainian general
secondary education.
The need to establish cause-and-effect relationships
and dependencies, which are manifested in the form of
leading trends and principles of modern education, aimed
at managing the development of digital competence of
heads of general secondary education. Possession of
digital competencies is becoming the most important
component of functional literacy, without which it is
now impossible to fully perform job functions. There is
a problem of isolation and theoretical substantiation
of organizational and pedagogical conditions of
management of development of digital competence of
heads of establishments of general secondary education
directly in the conditions of the concrete educational
organization.
The relevance and possibilities of innovation and
technologicalization of the process of managing the
development of digital competence of heads of general
secondary education institutions are highlighted. The
possibility of innovation and technologicalization,
and hence the digital transformation of the process of
professional self-improvement of school principals in the
direction of enriching digital competencies, is provided
by various groups of modern pedagogical technologies.
