Abstract

This article explores the psychosocial aspects of human mental balance through the concept of the emotional pendulum. It analyzes how basic emotions manifest within the context of learning emotional language. The paper also describes specific altered states of consciousness, particularly their unique vocal expressions achieved through specialized breathing techniques. A person is born with a pure and unaltered voice, and the extent to which this natural gift is preserved depends on their behavior throughout life.

The study presents models of calmness as a state of mental equilibrium, characterized by physical relaxation and the absence of psychological tension. In this state, individuals demonstrate rational judgment, moderation in actions and decisions, and the predominance of consciousness over emotions.

A precise understanding of spoken language is essential, as it marks the beginning of human cognition and self-awareness. Understanding the principles of the “emotional pendulum” can aid in assessing and regulating emotional reactions, ultimately fostering self-regulation, self-management, and self-improvement. In today’s context of martial law and beyond, this serves as an individuallevel factor contributing to resilience – a trait that enables individuals to utilize biological, psychosocial, structural,
and cultural resources to maintain psychological well-being.
