У статті обґрунтовано роль педагогічної майстерності у виявленні та підтримці дитячої обдарованості в інклюзивному STEAM-середовищі. Розкрито значення універсального дизайну навчання, диференціації, проєктної та колаборативної діяльності для створення доступних і водночас розвивальних освітніх траєкторій. Запропоновано інтегративно-адаптивне бачення педагогічної майстерності, що поєднує дидактичну гнучкість, цифрову компетентність і психологічно безпечну взаємодію. Окреслено перспективи розроблення прикладних методик підтримки обдарованих дітей з різними освітніми потребами.
