Феномен прокрастинації: мотиваційно-емоційні механізми та особливості у обдарованих учнів

Анотація

У статті здійснено теоретичний аналіз феномену прокрастинації на основі сучасних зарубіжних досліджень. Розкрито її мотиваційні, емоційні та когнітивні механізми, окреслено ситуативні й індивідуальні чинники, а також уточнено відмінності між прокрастинацією та стратегічним відтермінуванням діяльності. Особливу увагу приділено специфіці проявів прокрастинації в обдарованих учнів, зокрема її зв’язку з перфекціонізмом, тривожністю та коливаннями самоефективності. Обґрунтовано психолого-педагогічні напрями профілактики прокрастинації в освітньому середовищі.
