Hours of Communication in the Phytocoffee “Flower of Health”

Abstract

The article provides the development of an hour of
communication with the elements of the game about the
healing properties of Ukrainian plants from the standpoint
of biologists and folklorists. Through information about
the medicinal properties of plants of the native land and
figuratively poetic word of Ukrainian writers, ecological
competence is formed: careful attitude to the environment;
respect for folk traditions; understanding and feeling of
beauty in art and the surrounding life; encouraging active
environmental activities, the desire to be healthy, because
people pay a lot of money for health. And here the nature
has taken care: take for free, be treated, be healthy. But
pay – love. Love nature, respect, protect, use it sparingly. It
is important to develop skills of critical thinking, problem
solving, decision making, teamwork, interaction and
communication skills.
Medicinal herbs are not a means of first aid, but also a
way of natural healing of the body and prevention of various
diseases. Most herbs have a mild and gradual effect, which
then becomes stable and long lasting. Medicinal herbs will
help you stay healthy for many years to come.
Our ancestors were well aware of the benefits of herbs,
they were widely used and stored for the whole winter. They
knew about the wonderful properties of forest and field herbs
and berries, which contain many vitamins and trace elements.
It is enough to steam medicinal herbs with boiling water, to
infuse them and ready not only tasty, fragrant, but also very
useful drink. Rosehip, linden, thyme, oregano, mint – this is a
great composition for a useful, fragrant and so healing drink.
